After the hours I put in painting this artwork I EXPECT it to arrive with you IN PERFECT ORDER.

The artwork is carefully wrapped so it gets to you in that pristine condition.

Upon despatch you will be sent a Tracking number so you can track your parcel.

If your order contains more than one Painting they may be despatched individually

You will be required to sign for parcel on arrival.

Courier collects Monday and Friday from the studio.

If there is no one available at the delivery address the delivery company will leave a card notifying you of an alternative delivery date or details on where to collect your painting.

Please check parcel for damages before signing courier confirmation. If you notice any damage inform courier and sign confirm of damage.

14 day guarantee

Please return in 14 days of receipt if you are not 100% happy with the item

Please ensure the item is posted in original condition and packaging. Once we have received your item you will be given a full refund or replacement. Return postage costs are payable by the purchaser.

Please retain receipt of proof of posting when returning items. We are not responsible for items that do not reach us.
